Director, Inaya Hospitality Group

  Goomti, alongside her ventures Kalpvan Ventures Pvt Ltd and K&S Impex Pvt Ltd. Her portfolio of businesses reflects a commitment to impact-driven leadership, building ventures that bring people together, support communities, and embrace responsibility and innovation.
   Prashasti’s entry into hospitality began with the revival of a 43-year-old restaurant in Gosforth, which she saw not only as a business but as a cultural landmark tied to local memories.
   With a vision to preserve its heritage while infusing new energy, she transformed it under the Inaya Hospitality Group. Today, her efforts extend beyond fine dining to quick-service outlets and innovative food concepts that create jobs, support local suppliers, and add vibrancy to Newcastle’s food scene

Born into a family of chefs, our Executive Chef’s culinary journey began in his mother’s kitchen and was shaped under the mentorship of Chef Muhammad Gulam Rasool.
With over 20 years of experience, he has grown from a kitchen helper to Culinary Director, leading renowned hotels like Taj Group, The Pearl Hotels, and The Royal Plazza.
His achievements include winning the Best Indian Chef Award in Bangkok (2010), and recognition from global associations such as the World Association of Master Chefs and the Indian Federation of Culinary Association. Honored for extraordinary skill and leadership in culinary arts, he continues to innovate with passion, resilience, and creativity—bringing people together through food at Goomti.
